At Nutrition King & Oasis, we take pride in providing fresh smoothies, juices, supplements, and wellness products to our community. We want every customer to have a positive experience, and we are committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.
Smoothies, Juices & Prepared Beverages
Due to health and food safety regulations, all freshly prepared smoothies, juices, and beverage products are considered perishable and are non-refundable and non-returnable once prepared and served.
If there is an issue with your order due to:
- Incorrect item prepared
- Missing ingredients
- Quality concerns
- Order preparation errors
Please notify a team member immediately after purchase. We will gladly review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
Supplements, Vitamins & Retail Products
Unopened supplements, vitamins, and retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened vitamins or supplements
- Fresh smoothies and juices
- Perishable food products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Special-order products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products within 7 days when available.
Defective or manufacturer-damaged products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to inventory availability.
Online Orders
If an online order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Photos of damaged items may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to preparation.
Once a smoothie, juice, or food item has been prepared, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
